Catching the eye of Specsavers judges Golden Globe-winning actress and glasses wearer Kim Cattrall, fashion designer Alex Perry and L’Oreal professionnal stylist Brett Albury, Ms Jendranata was selected as a finalist for her stylish and confident specs appeal.
The winner of the competition will receive an all-expenses paid trip to New York with a friend, will have the opportunity to meet Cattrall and will be named Australia’s Spectacle Wearer of the Year.
They will also receive a year’s supply of designer glasses from Specsavers.

As one of seven Australian finalists, Ms Jendranata won a trip for two to Sydney, including one night of accommodation at a top hotel. The prize also included a VIP styling session with Albury before having a professional photoshoot. The photos from the day, along with the finalists’ personal style, will be used to help the judges choose a winner.
“I had a great time getting to know Michelle at the shoot; it was a really fun day,” Perry said.
“It’s going to be hard to choose one winner; everyone looked great and wore their specs with confidence.”
Ms Jendranata said she loved wearing glasses because she liked choosing different styles and mixing up her look.
“I feel fabulous at 50,” she said.
