Osborne Park and Innaloo Bunnings to help Share the Dignity this Xmas

Laura PondStirling Times

PEOPLE are encouraged to help women in need this Christmas by donating essential items.

Share the Dignity is running the It’s in the Bag campaign, where handbags filled with items are given to women experiencing homelessness, domestic violence or poverty.

Useful things to donate include sanity staples and personal care products, as well as something special such as a Christmas card or note of support.

“I’m looking forward to seeing local communities come together to bring dignity and support to over 85,000 women across the country who are in need,” founder Rochelle Courtenay said.

People can drop off donations at Bunnings stores across Australia, including Osborne Park and Innaloo, until December 2.
