Cycling Australia Awards: Northern Districts Cycling Club in the mix

THREE WA clubs will be represented at this Friday’s 2017 Cycling Australia Awards in Melbourne.

Midland Cycling Club’s Cameron Meyer and Sam Welsford, of Northern Districts Cycling Club, are both vying for the men’s elite track award alongside Queensland’s Jordan Kerby.

Also from Midland CC, Emily Mascaro is a finalist for the women’s junior road award, along with Tasmania’s Madeleine Fasnacht and Victoria’s Sarah Gigante, while Jai Hindley and Welsford are up for the under-23 award with Victoria’s Lucas Hamilton and SA’s Alex Manly.

From Peel District Cycling Club rider, Richard Barville is a finalist for the men’s masters road title alongside Trevor Hyde and Peter Milostic, of NSW.
