Youngsters built imaginative houses in six days of workshops organised by Dale Alcock Homes and Ocean Keys shopping centre

‘We want children to let their imaginations run wild and who knows, one day they may choose to become a builder,’ Dale Alcock Homes general manager Dean O’Rourke said.

‘At the end of the competition, staff at Dale Alcock Homes will select the top 10 popstick homes and put them on display in the Vespa (display home in Catalina estate).’

Shopping centre manager Karen Draper said the competition was a great activity for children during the school holidays.

‘The top 10 winners will not only have their popstick creations displayed in the Vespa, but they will also win a special prize pack that includes a $25 Kmart voucher,’ she said.
