IN response to Jennifer Christidis’ letter in the September 17 edition headlined ‘There’s a job to do’, I thank you for your concern regarding my age.
I note, however, that I am 26 years old; I am the owner of two properties that I work very hard for and daily I negotiate and manage contracts with values in excess of tens of millions of dollars.
I also refer you to the example of Nicole Foxton. Four years ago, she was elected a councillor in the University Ward.
She is a member of the Development Assessment Panel and she has approached all matters with maturity and due consideration while bringing enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to the table.
Concerning your other comment, I can assure you that I do not intend to vote on my father’s side on every issue put forth.
