Couple take to social media against bullying

Mr Hay said bullying was a significant problem in the community and claims he has been harassed in Halls Head, Pinjarra and Rockingham.

But Mr Hay said the bullying was worse as an adult.

‘I didn’t think as a 38-year-old with a wife and children I would be tormented,’ he said.

The couple claim they try to keep to themselves and do not know why they are bullied by complete strangers.

They said they had been subjected to verbal abuse, finger pointing, gossip and even a burnout in their driveway.

‘We just want to be left alone and feel like a normal family,’ Mrs Hay said.
