Joondalup: DelBoy’s Diner brings back spirit of the 1950s

CLASSIC cars, retro style and old fashioned service have inspired DelBoy’s Diner in Joondalup.

Chef Naomi Rigby and business partner Joseph Rigby recently opened the Dwyer Turn diner which has a retro theme inspired by classic cars.

Ms Rigby said she’d had classic cars in the past and the venue featured red booth seating and a glass red and black bar area with chrome to represent those vehicles.

The chef, who has 20 years’ experience, said it also had “old-fashioned” service and music with emphasis on Hollywood’s past.

The diner opened in September with four employees.
