Secretary the focal point

Mrs Berry joined the EPDBA Board as club secretary in August 2009 and since her arrival, she has put her time, effort, blood, sweat and tears into the club, according to chairman Anthony Fletcher.

‘As club secretary, she is the main focal point for almost all contact with the club, where she facilitates and organises aspects of the club’s Saturday domestic competition, essentially fills the role of WABL co-ordinator and can be seen at the SBL games setting up or packing away,’ Mr Fletcher said.

‘She has also been an integral part of, and a driving force behind, the recent implementation of the club’s new constitution and management structure.’
