GENESISCARE, in partnership with Edith Cowan University’s Exercise Medicine Research Institute, will hold a free information session on the benefits of exercise for men with prostate cancer.
The March 23 event is open to all men living in the cities of Joondalup and Wanneroo who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Speakers specialist nurse Julie Sykes and ECU exercise physiology coordinator Kyle Smith will talk about the benefits of exercise in cancer control, building flexibility and strength and how to reduce health risks through exercise.
